Daniel Moores
Daniel has studied intensively in the 1980's with a Chinese Tai Chi Master in Toronto.  In 25 years, he has taught over 700 students in Toronto, Kitchener, Stratford, Ayr, Paris, Hamilton, and Brantford.  Some students suffered high blood pressure, lack of balance, tension, stress, headaches, circulatory problems, back and spine injuries, muscular dystophy, and fibromyalgia.  All participants have experienced health improvement through practicing Tai Chi.  Teaching this multi-faceted art form to old, young, fit, and challenged students, Daniel has learned that anyone of any age can learn and benefit from the practice of Tai Chi.

Daniel's own discovery of Tai Chi ended a 14 year search for a way to manage chronic pain and stiffness as a result of his own injuries to his spine and pelvis.  Discover for yourself the joy and comfort that can be experienced even as beginner students, through expressing these slow, gentle, balancing, stretching movements.
